Terms of service
1. The service
Dark Factory is a small, self-hosted platform operated by Nedyalko Mihaylov. Its AI Wallet application, at ai-wallet.duckdns.org, keeps records of the investments a user holds, collects public information about them, and writes research summaries and a daily report. Anyone may create an account; the service is free of charge. The Models API has its own terms.
2. Not financial advice
Everything the application writes — verdicts, summaries, reports — is generated automatically from public sources and may be incomplete or wrong. It is information, not investment, tax or legal advice. The application never trades, never moves money, and every decision about your investments is yours.
3. Your account
- Keep your password to yourself; you are responsible for what is done with your account.
- Only connect accounts that are yours (for example your own Google account or press subscriptions), and only in line with those services' own terms.
- Do not use the service to break the law, to attack it or other systems, or to collect data about other people.
4. Google and other connected services
Connecting your Google account is optional and read-only; how its data is used is described in the privacy policy. Your use of YouTube remains subject to the YouTube Terms of Service and Google's privacy policy. You may disconnect at any time.
5. Availability
The service runs on the operator's own hardware and is provided as is, without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. It may be changed, interrupted or ended at any time. To the extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for losses arising from its use.
6. Ending
You may stop using the service and ask for your account and data to be deleted at any time. The operator may close an account that breaks these terms.
